Information ArchVisit handles

You may choose to store project names, addresses, contacts, PDF drawings, site observations, spoken-note transcripts, photos, and report settings in the app. This content is created and controlled by you.

Where project data is stored

Project records are stored locally on your device and, when iCloud is available and enabled for ArchVisit, in your private Apple iCloud account using CloudKit. The ArchVisit developer does not operate a separate server that receives your project content.

Camera, photos, microphone, and speech recognition

ArchVisit requests camera or photo-library access only when you add a site photo. Microphone and speech-recognition access are requested when you hold the dictation control. On-device recognition is used when supported. Apple may process speech through its services when on-device recognition is unavailable, subject to Apple’s privacy terms. You can edit the resulting text before saving.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. ArchVisit and its subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, receive purchase history such as product identifiers, purchase status, and renewal or expiration information. This data is used to provide paid features, restore purchases, support subscription operations, and understand aggregate subscription performance. Neither ArchVisit nor RevenueCat receives your payment-card details.

ArchVisit does not require an app account. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app user identifier for this purchase record; ArchVisit does not send your name, email address, project content, drawings, photos, or notes to RevenueCat. Learn more in the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Tracking, advertising, and analytics

ArchVisit does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or general-purpose behavioral analytics. RevenueCat processes the purchase information described above for app functionality and subscription analytics. The app does not sell personal information.

Sharing and exports

When you create a PDF report or project package, you decide where to send or save it through Apple’s share sheet. The privacy practices of the selected destination then apply.

Retention and deletion

You can remove project records from the app. You can also manage iCloud data and device backups through Apple settings. Export a project package first if you want to retain an independent archive.

Children

ArchVisit is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
