These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for ArchVisit.
Effective July 25, 2026License and acceptable use
ArchVisit grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for drawings, photos, notes, reports, and other content you create or import. You must have the rights and permissions needed to record, store, and distribute that content. Maintain appropriate independent project records and backups.
Professional-use limitation
ArchVisit records, organizes, and exports observations. It does not perform inspections, certify work, verify code or contract compliance, provide professional judgment, or replace services required under your agreements or applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing every report before distribution.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pricing and available purchase options are shown in the App Store. Subscription payment is charged to your Apple account and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve to improve reliability, meet platform requirements, or protect users. Service may occasionally be interrupted. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or suitable for every project, jurisdiction, or contractual process.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchVisit is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on an exported report.
Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting ArchVisit except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the applicable license. Apple’s Standard EULA controls if these terms conflict with it.
